Welcome to The Ruby West
Two Wolseley families partnered to open The Ruby West in the fall of 2019, with the desire to create a gathering place for the Wolseley community and beyond.
Our menu is designed to appeal to a broad variety of tastes, from our Adult Grilled Cheese to Coconut Red Curry.
